$375.00 + HST if 3 or more participants registered

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Payment and Cancellation:
Participants are asked to make payment at the time of registration or to submit purchase orders or other purchase confirmation for later invoicing. Full refund of the registration fee, minus a $100 administration charge, will be given for cancellations received up to one week prior to the course. Registration fees are considered to be due and non-refundable if cancellations are received within one week of the course.
Quality Plus Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course with 100% refund and an option to re-register for a future course at a 5% discount.
